BRINDIE ADVANCED means that we create your Steam, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit and LinkedIn presence. We are also setting up your Twitch and Discord channels, ready to link & use. This service includes generating all needed assets, descriptions, keywords and hashtags. We will:

  • generate all needed assets for your Steam, Facebook and Twitter presence based on your materials
  • create optimized text for your game’s store descriptions, About pages and presentations
  • prepare optimized keywords and hashtags for your game presentation

THE BRINDIE PROCESS

If you order BRINDIE ADVANCED, you are tasking us to create your Steam Store Page and overall presence, plus your Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit and LinkedIn accounts to promote your game. We are also setting up your Twitch and Discord channels, ready to link & use. We will do all this based on your existing development materials. Here is how it will all happen:

STEP 1

You fill in the Order form. You are absolutely welcome and encouraged to fill in the Game Information and to give us a link to a folder on Google Drive or Dropbox that contains various key assets. Please make sure that your folder has permissions to be accessed.

STEP 2

We review your submission and get back to you to setup a short kickstart meeting via Skype, Google Hangout or whatever solution works for you.

STEP 3

When we have the meeting, we will ask you for more materials if needed, or, if we have all we need from you, we will tell you when we will deliver your content.

STEP 4

We deliver the content. You can request two reviews.

STEP 5 (optional)

If you want us to, we can add your content on on store fronts and online accounts or assist you in adding the content yourself. We recommend that you are involved in this process so that you can quickly intervene should there be a need.

Keep in mind that we are NOT a publisher. Everything we create for you is yours and you will be able to use it however you see fit. Our aim is to create the best online presence for your game, and also for you to understand the reasoning behind our work. We all could benefit from a clear, optimised online presence for every game, so let’s make this happen, together!

THE BRINDIE DELIVERIES

STEAM

We will create assets and text for your Steam Store Page, Steam Community Hub and Steam Developer Page.

ART ASSETS

  • the header capsule image that appears at the top of your page in the store, in the ‘recommended for you’ section, in ‘grid view’, in customers libraries in the Steam client, in browse views on Big Picture mode, and for daily deals if applicable
  • the small capsule image that is used in all the lists throughout Steam, such as search results, top-sellers, new releases, etc.
  • the large capsule image that appears at the top of genre and publisher pages and may be used on special promotional pages
  • the main capsule image that appear at the top of the Steam Store front page
  • the page background that you may use for your Steam Store page
  • the Steam Broadcast art that can be used when your game is broadcasted
  • one banner that you can use in the About section where you must describe your game
  • one banner template that you can use whenever you post announcements in your Community hub, or post special announcements on your Steam Store Page using the Special Announcement Section
  • one capsule that is used in the Steam Community when showing recent playtime on a user’s profile and when listing out apps on their wishlist; also displayed in the Steam Client Library List View
  • one community group header image that is displayed in your official group listing and group lists (ie when someone searches for the group of your game)
  • one community avatar that is displayed in your official group listing and that can also be used by your players as an avatar
  • one developer logo which is displayed as a profile picture for your Steam Developer page
  • one background image for your Steam Developer page that will be used in the header of your Steam Developer page

TEXTS

  • the About this game large description that appears on your Steam Store page. This description will be optimised for the way people use the Store page, meaning that we will optimize the text so that it allows the optimal use of banners and that it entices players to use the Read More button. This text will have between 500 and 800 words, depending on what your game needs
  • the Short Description that must be restricted to 300 characters and that appears everywhere your game is listed with text, like the upper right side of your store page, right under your capsule. This is the elevator pitch of your game and it is the single most important text about your game

All texts will be BBcode formatted so you can copy paste in your Steam Store Page

OTHER

We will prepare a list of keywords and hashtags that we recommend for your game. In addition, we will scour through all the information needed to build your Store page and recommend things like system requirements, release dates, genres, players and supported Steam features, legal lines if there is any need, reviews and awards if you had any that can be beneficial for your store front, special announcements if you have any special plans, guides to ratings and feedback on your screenshots and trailer(s). We will help you setup and use Google Analytics as well, because it offers better traffic data than Steamworks.

 

FACEBOOK

We will create assets and text for your Facebook product page.

ART ASSETS

  • the cover for your game page, optimized so it looks good on both desktop and mobile devices
  • the profile picture for your game page, optimized so it looks good on both desktop and mobile devices
  • a story cover

TEXTS

  • the page description, that needs to fit 155 characters and must do a good job promoting your game
  • a story about your game, to get you started with Stories on your Facebook page

OTHER

We will help you open up a Facebook Business account for your page, or transition your page to a Business account if you didn’t do that yet. We will take you through the capabilities of your Facebook Business account and guide you on how to track and use your data.

TWITTER

We will create assets and text for your Twitter account. We will help you setup a game Twitter account if that is what you wish, or optimise your studio twitter account to promote your game.

ART ASSETS

  • the cover for your Twitter page, optimized so it looks good on both desktop and mobile devices
  • the profile picture for your Twitter page, optimized so it looks good on both desktop and mobile devices
  • a Moment cover for your game

TEXTS

  • the description that needs to fit 160 characters and must do a good job promoting your game or studio
  • the description for your Moment, to fit 250 characters

OTHER

We will help you choose the best hashtag to promote your game, if needed, and prepare a Moment for your game as well. We will also guide you into searching and using the best hashtags, research relevant Twitter accounts for you to follow (including but not limited to press), and guide you into being active on Twitter. If wanted, we will also connect your Twitter account to your Facebook page and optimize it so you can generate appropriate content on both social networks.

YOUTUBE

We create the YouTube channel art and prepare your channel About section. We will also help you with descriptions and tags.

Specifically, we will create:

  • your channel icon, optimized so it looks good on both desktop and mobile devices
  • your channel art, optimized so it looks good on both desktop and mobile devices
  • the description of your channel, optimized so your content is shown to relevant people
  • your watermark and custom links, if you need them

REDDIT

We help you setup your Reddit channel, including all assets and descriptions. We will guide you through flairs, widgets, rules and moderation and wiki.

LINKED IN

We will create your company LinkedIn page, including all the assets and descriptions. About us page and company details, as well as a SlideShare presentation for your company.

TWITCH

We will setup your Twitch channel so it is ready to use.

DISCORD

We will prepare your Discord channel, including all subchannels and user groups with permissions, so that it is ready to use.
